Social Event Services

Level One Event Service - "A Very Good Place to Start" || For those who need a little guidance, but are comfortable doing most of the leg work themselves.

You and I will have an initial consultation to discuss your vision for your event: Style, Theme, Colors, et cetera. Together we will create a budget, guest list, timeline, and design. Design services include concept discussion, style recommendations, shopping suggestions, and detailed instructions for set-up. I will also share a list of recommended vendors. This is a great option if you know you can execute things yourself and just need some guidance.

Level Two Service - "I Can't Do It Alone" || Our hands-on event package. We will work with you to create an awesome experience for your guests.

This is our more hands-on option. We will have an initial consultation to discuss event details including date, location, guest list, style, design, and budget. I will be in contact with all vendors and schedule any appointments for you. I will manage any rental orders and work on purchases with you. (This includes the option to have an event shopping day where I help to guide you.)

I will put together a party supply list including decorations, paper goods, and any favors. Included is creation of job charts and itinerary, which I will share with vendors if needed. I will take the lead in design and assist with event set up.
You get unlimited email correspondence throughout the planning process. Custom invitation design is included.

Full Service Event Design and Coordination Service - You don't have to worry about a thing! We will set-up, help during your event, and tear down.


The whole shebang! This is our full service event design and coordination option.
