Punch Recipes for Summer

I’m not a big soda drinker, so I  love when I go to an event and they are serving punch.  If it’s fruity, I am going to be getting 2 or 3 cup fulls – no shame!

Here are a few of my favorite celebration drink recipes for your Summertime soiree –

Refreshing Punch Recipes for Summer - Lady Amanda's Merrymaking

Pretty in pink:

1 2-Liter Lemon-Lime Soda (chilled)
1 12 oz Frozen Orange Juice (thawed)
1 12 oz can Pineapple Juice (thawed)
Raspberry Sherbet

Pour the first 3 ingredients into a bowl.  Add the scoops of sherbet. Garnish with raspberries or strawberries if desired.

(This is my go-to punch recipe.  I recently used it for the Gilmore Girls party.)

Cool Blue Punch:

Cool Blue Punch

1 Gallon Bottle Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast (chilled)
1 2-Liter Lemon-Lime Soda (chilled)
1 12 oz can Pineapple Juice or Lemonade (thawed)

Add the ingredients to a bowl or drink dispenser.  Enjoy!

Unicorn Punch

1 Gallon Blue Hawaiian Punch (chilled)
1 2-Liter Lemon-Lime Soda (chilled)
Birthday Cake Ice Cream
Raspberry Sherbet
Orange Sherbet

Scoop the ice cream into a punch bowl.  Pour the soda and punch over it.  Add 2 or 4 scoops each of the sherbet on top.  So colorful!

Pineapple Punch

Pineapple Punch

1 12 oz can Pineapple Juice (thawed)
1 2-Liter Lemon-Lime Soda (chilled)
1 12 oz can Frozen Lemonade (thawed)
Pineapple Pieces and Mint

Mix together the first three ingredients. Garnish with pineapple and mint.

Cheery Cherry Limeade:

1 Tub Lime Sherbet
1 2-Liter Cherry 7-Up (chilled)
Cherries and Lime Slices

Spoon all of the sherbet into the bowl.  Pour the 7-Up over it (yay froth!).  Garnish with cherries and lime slices.

Let me know if you end up making one of these for your get-together!
